Arctica is the oldest child of the ice lord Quel'hazar and heiress to the command of the Northlands region. Even as a small child Arctica had shown her interest in advanced fighting taking any opportunity to practice her skills even escalating to her bullying other kids. She eventually was caught and sent to a boarding school to correct her behavior, problems which at the time had escalated to all out mentally torturing her victims even causing one of her old classmates to perform suicide. After years of strict disciplining Arctica came out of the boarding school a completely different person She still loved to fight and exploit the potential of her powers but had a new respect towards others keeping er from bullying others. She is mostly a calm person preferring to just leave rather than argue and she tries to be as fair as possible most of the time. Arctica joined an assassin's organization at the age of 19 but left soon after being offered a stable job as a guard. She moved through the ranks at a less than average rate eventually gaining control of the western division of the elite guards. her creative military skills eventually brought her together with Megaria in one of the wars against the cobra clan. Working together for a few months Arctica and Megaria formed a powerful friendship. Eventually duty separated them as Megaria had to continue her training outside the city and Arctica started to make her presence known in the military life of the capital. They now keep in touch constantly each backing the other up both in battle and in feelings. In one of her short reinforcement Visits to Megaria, Arctica set her eye on the Decepticon Dreadwing and now has two reasons to look forward to her visits to her old friend.
